Clarity is Transparency

A few definitions of clarity will pop up when you search for it.

The one that hits home for me is transparency. As far back as I can remember, I have always just been who I am when it came to my management style, fully clear on my strengths and weaknesses and allowing others to see me exactly the way I am. I am clear with setting goals and in my approach to achieve them. I have clarity on what kind of leader I want to be in my profession and with a positive attitude and hard work, a clear path is in front of me.

A quote I read recently summed it up for me and I wish it well on you!

“The best way to succeed is to have a specific Intent, a clear Vision, a plan of Action, and the ability to maintain Clarity. Those are the Four Pillars of Success. It never fails!”
― Steve Maraboli, Life, the Truth, and Being Free

Not until I was in my late 30’s did I really embrace the true meaning of clarity (transparency in my world), and it has helped me be a better wife and mother.

I hope that whatever is occurring in your life either professional or personal you can find and attract that clarity. Decisions that come from clarity aren’t always glamorous, but in the end you will be a better person for it.

In closing, find your happy, keep a positive attitude and may a clear path to your success await you.
